Welcome to Fiorlin bed and breakfast. 
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town centre, Fiorlin is a detached house of character set within its own walls. There is ample parking available, including secure storage for bicycles - the Borders being a particularly pleasant area for cycling. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated throughout, with a blue/white theme and natural wood finishes, and is completely self-contained - offering good privacy for guests. A tasty Borders breakfast is served in the sitting/dining room.  The ensuite double and twin/family bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. Each bedroom has comfortable chairs, TV and a tea/coffee making facility.
